Created by Dr. Stephanie Zwillinger, an ophthalmic surgeon in 2019, COP9 is located in Paris at 76 Rue Saint-Lazare, 9th arrondissement. An inclusive, handicap-accessible and baby-friendly environment that will welcome you with professionalism and benevolence.
Dr. Stephanie Zwillinger’s COP9 team does not limit themselves to the medical treatment of their patients: they accompany them so that their full potential is used.
Dr Stephanie Zwillinger’s practice also has a reception staff who will be able to guide you, answer your questions and organise your consultation or surgery appointments.

When you book your COP9 appointment, you are assured of a coordinated care program ranging from ophthalmic treatment to psychomotor therapy, with a focus on the confidence and physical perception of our patients.
During our outpatient consultations, we take into account all aspects necessary to detect, diagnose and treat any alterations in the ocular function.
Our professionals can be found in our COP9 area from Monday to Friday, and even on Saturday for some of them.
First, COP9 invites you to meet Dr. Stephanie Zwillinger. During an eye exam, an ophthalmological examination will be performed. Our specialist will evaluate your visual field using the latest equipment. She will diagnose any vision problems you may have. Depending on the condition, she will explain to you if there is a need for surgical treatment for your ophthalmologic pathology(s).
By making an appointment at COP9, you have the possibility to consult many specialists, presented below. A complete ophthalmology service, with a therapeutic, medical and surgical approach, all this is now available to you, in a single location in Paris 9.
Using a multidisciplinary and polyvalent approach, Dr. Stéphanie Zwillinger may refer you to one or more of the specialists with whom she collaborates. You can also make an appointment directly with one of them through the Doctolib website or application.

Dr. Stephanie Zwillinger is our specialist pracitoner in pediatric ophthalmology, neuro-ophthalmology, glaucoma and cataract.
She offers comprehensive patient care through COP9, having assembled a team of complementary specialists in the support and treatment of vision disorders.
A graduate of the Pierre and Marie Curie Faculty of Medicine and a former intern at the Necker-Enfants Malades Hospital (Hospital of Sick Children), she is a surgical associate at the Quinze-Vingts Hospital. Dr. Stéphanie Zwillinger proposes ophthalmological consultations for all ages, and also operates: refractive surgery, cataract surgery, congenital cataract and glaucoma surgery, etc.
Our orthoptists are here to accompany you in the treatment of ocular pathologies (strabismus, cataracts, myopia, etc.) Orthoptics is for everyone and meets many needs. Children, teenagers, adults and seniors: Anyone can consult us!
With COP9, our orthoptists are there to rehabilitate you but also to accompany you in your treatment, and to prescribe glasses so that you do not have to wait. They will also be able to perform neuro-visual rehabilitation, work on posturology, low vision…

Our COP9 contactologist joined us in 2022, and consults patients of all ages in our ophthalmological center. This specialist fits young and old alike with their lenses so that no visual defect is an obstacle to their vision!
